No refunds are provided once the course has started or content is accessed. Customized services and digital products are non-refundable. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable for courses that have not yet started.
  • 90% of the paid amount will be refunded if requested before the course commencement.
  • No refunds will be provided once the course has started or content has been accessed.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may request cancellation by contacting our support team at least 48 hours before the course start date.
  • Cancellation requests after the course start date will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Customized services, one-on-one training, or any digital product delivered are non-refundable.
  • Subscription-based services are non-refundable once accessed or consumed.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
